On location for our spring photo shoot

Well, finally spring is almost upon us. This means it’s time again for us to do our spring photo shoot.

We aim to keep the website looking really fresh and exciting by planning a large photo shoot each season and we have great fun in planning this weeks beforehand.

Firstly we think of the location. Fortunately, we happen to know a fantastic property not far from us which is perfect. Nestled in the Surrey Hills just outside the market town of Guildford, this beautiful Georgian home has been used many times by us over the years.

The main item we chose to use for the shoot this time was our ever popular Montague table, which is adored by many customers. This was teamed with our new Flore Bistro chairs, perfect for those wishing to continue the weathered oak theme through the dining room. To start with, we weren’t sure how these would look, as these chairs are quite a different look for us. But we were more than delighted with the results when we mocked up the look in our Surrey Showroom with the talented Verity from Smoke and Mirrors Styling.

Between us we decided to go for a botanical theme for the new season and we had the perfect cushions to hand which just had to be star of the show!

Adding a bit of a Mediterranean feel, we included our new Faux olive trees and with some faux Monstera leaves in large urns we were set to go.

Of course Casper was present on the day and as we know he just loves to make an appearance of some description, even if it is hiding under the table.
