Furniture Delivery Returns
If you receive your item and it just isn't what you expected for any reason that is no problem just let the delivery driver know there and then of your concern and they will happily take the item away for you, no questions asked.
Please note that NO return charges will apply if this is the case, (please see below). We will make your refund minus the £30 delivery charge as soon as the item has been taken back to the warehouse and has been inspected.
If you've had the item for less than 5 days then change your mind that is absolutely fine too, please notify us within this time and we will arrange for the item(s) to be collected. Our delivery company cover most UK postcodes each week so the item(s) will be collected within 7 days.
Please keep the item unused and in all its original packaging for collection by our drivers.
We are unable to arrange any returns unless we have all the original packaging, this is for re-stocking reasons.

Our Delivery Team will contact you to arrange for the collection to be made.
As soon as we receive the item of furniture back into our warehouse and it has been fully inspected by our Warehouse staff we will make your refund minus the £30 delivery charge, and if applicable the returns charge too.
If you decide to return the item for any reason please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return journey, the price of which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that our collection charges are higher than our delivery charges as we heavily subsidise these charges.
Please see below the charges to return the following items:
Heavy items which require a 2 man team - £90.00 (this includes dining tables, dining chairs, dining sets, sofas, headboards, chest of drawers and armchairs)
Medium weight items, which require a 1 man team - £60.00 (this includes ottomans, coffee tables, footstools, side tables, bedside tables and console tables)
All delivery charges are non-refundable as our delivery firm will charge us to deliver your item and to collect it again.
Home Accessories Returns
For all Home Accessories we ask that you return the item to us within 7 days, in the same condition that it was delivered and in its original packaging for a refund or replacement.
As soon as we receive this we will issue you a full refund.
Damaged items or Faulty items
All our furniture is quality checked, so this is very rare, but if you think your item may be damaged or faulty in some way you must let the delivery driver know immediately, then inform us in writing within 24 hours. Please send us detailed photos of your concern and we will investigate this straight away and will make every effort to replace the item of concern if needed.
Once your furniture has been unpacked and assembled by our Delivery team please ensure that you fully inspect the items for any faults. You will then be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery note (POD).
Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility for any faults reported after this has been signed.
We understand that on the rare occasion an order may need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. We are happy to cancel orders up until the date that your order is ready for delivery and will issue a full refund within 10 days. Should you wish to cancel your order once it is ready for delivery or the items have been dispatched, we may reserve the right to retain an amount to cover any reasonable losses and expenses that we have suffered as a result of the cancellation. If you do need to cancel an order please contact us straight away.
