Overview of White Van Gentlemen delivery service

Our delivery partner White Van Gentlemen (WVG) are furniture delivery specialists, and they will install your dining table, sofa or any large item and take away the packaging as part of our delivery service.  

They are uniformed, courteous, and we can vouch for the quality of their service as you will see by our customer feedbacks on our website.

WVG deliver Monday to Friday throughout the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and offshore) and they will contact you via a text and email to confirm your delivery date. On the day of delivery, you can track your delivery via their tracking app that WVG will send to you.

On the day of delivery your delivery crew will call 30 minutes to an hour prior to delivery to advise of their arrival.

HOW SOON CAN YOU DELIVER?

For in stock items delivery is normally between 7-14 workings days.  For Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland please allow 21 working days.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer UK Offshore delivery (including the Isle of Wight) However we are able to arrange delivery to a freight forwarder of your choice, please contact us for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOT ALL ITEMS ARE IN STOCK AT POINT OF PURCHASE?

If your order contains any items on pre-order, WVG will contact you to advise of your delivery date once all of your items have been received to complete your order.

What if I need to rearrange or cancel my delivery?

Should you need to rearrange your delivery please contact WVG 0207 731 0551 as soon as possible to avoid any redelivery charges.
