Reopening our showroom

We are really looking forward to being able to welcome customers back into our lovely showroom in Alfold from June 15, when the Government allows non-essential stores to reopen.
We're fortunate that it has been business as usual online but we know some customers like to see our furniture and home accessories all beautifully styled in our barn-style premises.
The safety of our customers and staff is paramount, so showroom visits will be strictly by appointment only and will be limited to 2 people (plus children).
We will be going above and beyond to clean between visits and hand sanitiser will be available on the premises.
We are currently in the process of setting up an online booking system but in the meantime, please call us on 01403 752245 to book your slot from the following available times below. Each appointment will be for 45 minutes.
We would kindly request 24 hours' notice of a booking if possible and would really appreciate it if you could let us know as soon as possible if you are not going to be able to make your appointment.

We would like to reassure our customers that we are still operating, production and deliveries are still going ahead, and you can place orders online as normal. Our team are still able to answer queries and take orders over the telephone.
We are working to help you continue to live in comfort (and style) while we all adjust to the 'new normal' as restrictions ease a little. Of course, all this is subject to review should the Government advice suddenly change.

Q. Can I still order?
A. Yes! You can order online or over the phone by calling us on 01403 752245. Our factory, warehouse and delivery teams continue to operate (while of course taking precautions to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19).
Q. What precautions are your delivery teams taking to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Any delivery staff with symptoms of COVID-19 – or those who live in a household with someone with symptoms - have been asked not to go into work. The delivery crews are supplied with hand sanitiser to apply pre and post every visit to a customer's home and also spare pairs of gloves for use in each customer's home.
Q. Will my order arrive on time?
At the moment, our delivery services for furniture and home accessories are running to schedule.
Q. I'm self-isolating. Can I still get my delivery?
Yes. Home accessories are delivered by Hermes, who are offering contact-free delivery options in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
We are still able to deliver larger items of furniture while following contact-free procedures.
If you would prefer to delay your delivery, please notify us. We'll be happy to store your item until you can take delivery.
Q. What if my furniture needs assembling?
Our delivery crews have now resumed their normal assembly services, so can put together your dining tables and console tables for you at no extra cost, while taking all necessary safety precautions. If you would rather they did not enter your home, the tables are relatively easy to put together, provided there are two people. Please see our assembly instructions for more information.
